Important Scheduling Notes:
Suppliers are welcome to mail material to Swinomish Casino & Lodge, please make sure your
packages DO NOT arrive prior to Wednesday July 29,2026. When shipping your items please
put the the attention of WA Death Care Professionals, your company name must be clearly
marked on the outside of the packages. We will do our best to have your packages at your
table upon your arrival.

ensure you are fully set up before the supplier reception begins.

Wednesday, August 5, 2026

This is a great day to network though out the day and in to the
evening. If you would like to take advantage of entertaining your clients, this is a great day.
Some will be going tours, others will be hanging back at the hotel. There are not concrete plans
Wednesday evening, if you want to host a dinner this is a great evening to do it. There is a
wonderful steakhouse in the hotel, 13 Moons. It is advised you make reservations.

Thursday, August 6, 2026

The final day of session will conclude at 12:30pm. Please begin to tear down your booths as
soon as you are able to. Some of the suppliers will have be in meetings, if this is the case
please tear down following your meeting. The venue needs to reset that space for our evening
banquet. Please have your booths broken down by 2:30 pm.

What will the booth look like?

Each exhibitor will have a 6 ft table. There is power around the edge of the room, those who
requested power are already near outlets.

Booth Assignments: Booth assignments will be pre assigned, please look for your assigned
booth and do not change tables without authorization, some suppliers have specific needs and sponsored at levels that granted them priority booths.Freight Handling: All items shipped in must be coordinated directly with the facility: stated above. No earlier the July 29, 2026.

Company Information:

If you did not already register additional booth reps or give us the attending rep name, please
take a moment to email the information over (director@wsfda.org), we want to make sure we
are ready for your team as they arrive.

No additional reps will be authorized day of without immediate additional payment.
