Department of Licensing (DOL) Public Hearing

Public hearing on proposed changes to licensure

The Department of Licensing (DOL) invites you to participate in a public hearing on proposed changes to the rules regulating Funeral Directors, Embalmers, Crematories, Alkaline Hydrolysis Facilities, And Natural Organic Reduction Facilities. The proposed changes to WAC 308-47-090, and WAC 308-48-800 will clarify application fees. Additional information about the rule changes can be found on our DOL website at Current rulemaking activity | Washington State Department of Licensing. 

The public hearing will be held in person at the Highways and Licensing Building and virtually via Zoom. We have included the meeting information below.   

Note: If you attend virtually and have technical difficulties, you'll need to use the call-in option.
