Washington State Funeral Home
     Must be licensed to operate in Washington State. An application fee of $75 and an initial due of $500 must accompany this application. Applicant agrees to pay an annual due of $500 (divided into monthly payments) and monthly case count of $6.75 per case for the first 1,000 cases, then a fee of 3.35 per case.
Non-Resident Funeral Home
    

Must be a Funeral Home licensed to operate in another state and be a member of good standing in your local association.
Supplier
     Any firm marketing or is interested in marketing merchandise to the death care profession.
Individual
     Any individual within the death care profession wishing to become an active member.
Convention Attendee
     This is a default member type automatically created by the convention system for non-member convention attendees.
